Whilst we complete prescription requests in two working days, due to the collection times by your chosen pharmacy, it is recommended you allow a minimum of 3 working days if requesting your prescription to be collected on your behalf to allow the pharmacy sufficient time to process the prescription.
Our Practice Pharmacy Team works with all members of the Primary Care Team and most importantly with the patients.
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours (72 hours if requesting a chemist to collect your prescription), excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. If you have any problems please telephone the surgery.
