In accordance with NHS Tayside guidelines, this year the GP team will be vaccinating our patients who are:
💉 aged 70 and over (as at 1st September ‘21)
💉aged between 18 and 69 who are Clinically Extremely Vulnerable (these are the patients who received a Government shielding letter).
If you fall into either of these 2 groups - you should have received a letter to invite you to book an appointment for your flu vaccine. Our clinics will cease on 20th November - please contact the surgery prior to this date to get your vaccination.
Patients aged 65-69 and patients aged under 65 at risk (who have previously been vaccinated in Practice) will be contacted by NHS Tayside with details of their Flu vac appointment.
please do not arrive early for your appointment as the practice still has 2 metre social distancing in place, resulting in a reduced number of patients allowed in the the waiting room at any one time.
Please wear a short sleeve top under your jacket, and to assist the clinic, please remove your jacket when in the waiting room
For Saturday 23rd October and 20th November - we will be closing our car park. There will only be minimal street parking for blue badge cars. Due to social distancing restrictions, we may be required to use the car park as a waiting area therefore please wear suitable outdoor clothing should you have to wait outside prior to your vaccination.
